Shipping Information

Our team works as quickly as possible to ship your order. For single box orders, we ship all orders on Mondays except on holidays. Free shipping anywhere in Canada and USA with Canada Post and USPS. Please see our Delivery page for estimated delivery time based on your location. We ship from our warehouse in Southwestern Ontario.

The cut-off for subscription orders is on the 8th of each month at 11:59 PST, and they are shipped out to you on the 15th of each month. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

Order Issues or Changes

Please let us know ASAP if your order was not received, if there was an issue or if you want to make changes to your monthly subscription. Please allow us 24-48 Business hours to respond to your inquiry.
